This Tuesday won't bring in any drastic changes in the weather, but changes will come later this week. This afternoon, temperatures will top out in the upper-60s, just a few degrees cooler than yesterday. The cooling trend will continue throughout the week, with temperatures gradually decreasing until the weekend, when temperatures will drop quickly. Wet, cold weather will arrive on Thursday and continue through Monday, with snowfall possible- even at lower elevations.
As temperatures begin to fall on Friday, precipitation will be mixed rain and snow. However, we'll have plain-old snow by Saturday after temperatures drop more dramatically. The cold, snowy weather will last through the beginning of next week.
