Not so nice start to the day!

and last updated

A passing cold front will help kick off showers and thunderstorms for portions of the state during the early morning. The system will track eastward and move through central Montana late morning. By early afternoon most of the state will be dry aside from a few locations in northeast Montana. Late afternoon the system will be a distant memory. The rest of the day, the state will have mostly sunny skies, gusty winds, and warm temperatures. The highs will reach the 70s and 80s.

Saturday, a high pressure will continue to grace the state with sunny skies and will be an overall wonderful day. The wind will be comfortable and will blow from the southwest allowing for the temperatures to climb to the 80s and 90s.

Sunday, the temperatures will remain warm. Another cold front will pass and will kick off blustery winds. With the lack of rain, gusty winds, and warm temperatures, fire danger can become a concern, so please do not burn any debris.

Have a great weekend, and congratulations to all the 2020 graduates🎓!
