A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect for locations above 6000′ in Cascade, Judith Basin, and Meagher Counties until late Wednesday night. Precipitation will begin in north-central Montana this afternoon, continuing through the evening hours. A strong low-pressure system located over the south-central plains is causing precipitation to move through Montana from East to West, while another low-pressure system moves into the western U.S. The combined strength of these two systems will keep our weather continually cloudy with chances of precipitation through the end of the week.
