Overnight rainfall has resulted in soggy conditions this morning.  While heavy cloud cover will persist all day, showers will be sparse until this afternoon.  An upper-level disturbance will move into Montana by tomorrow, bringing widespread, heavy, persistent rainfall to the Treasure State.

Flooding could become more prevalent in the coming days because of the consistent rain.  At the moment, no flood watches or warnings have been issued for our viewing area, but the Clark Fork River near Missoula has reached above flood stage. We’ll be monitoring river levels and flood potential as this rain moves through.
