After the brief dusting of snowfall we received yesterday, we’re heading for some sunnier weather.   The strong low-pressure system responsible for severe weather in the Midwest will continue to push east today, as high pressure builds over the intermountain west.  There is a very slight chance that we’ll get some mixed rain and snow on Sunday around the capital city, but that will be very brief, if at all.

Next Wednesday is the Vernal Equinox, more commonly known as the first day of Spring.  The weather should cooperate for the next week, and bring us some springier weather to kick off the season on a good note.

Have a great day!
