A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued for most of north-central Montana.  Snowfall is moving through north-central Montana this morning, and it will continue throughout the day.  Snowfall in the lower elevations will be between 1-3″ from this system.  The snow will continue to push south today, as a massive winter storm develops on the plains.  While Montana will get another healthy dose of snow, it won’t be anywhere near as severe as the weather on the plains.

We are just one week out from the official start of spring, and after today, the weather might start to look like it.  Sunshine and above-freezing temperatures will end out the work week and kick off the weekend.  There is a slight chance of mixed precipitation on Sunday around the Capital City, but it should be very light, if at all.  Mostly sunshine ahead for the next week.

Have a great day!
