This week has lots of winter weather in store.  A WINTER STORM WATCH is in effect for the Northern Rocky Mountain Front, where snowfall will be particularly heavy tonight and Tuesday.  Just south of there, but still on the Rocky Mountain Front, there is a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY in effect.  A WIND CHILL ADVISORY has been issued for northeast Montana.  A FLOOD WATCH is in effect in southwest Montana due to an ice jam on the Jefferson River.

After a frigid weekend, we’ve got more winter weather coming.  The front end of the work week will see some snowfall and plenty of cold air, but we’ll warm up by mid-week.  High pressure will briefly move in late Thursday and Friday, but another Canadian cold front will move in for the weekend, bringing chances of snow and plenty more cold air.

Have a great day!
