A HIGH WIND WARNING is in effect for the Rocky Mountain Front and for passes in Lewis and Clark County.  For Lewis and Clark County, the warning will expire Wednesday night, but it will remain in effect until Friday for the Rocky Mountain Front.

This prevailing westerly wind will bring much warmer temperatures for north-central Montana. The Helena valley won’t get as warm as Great Falls, but will warm above the freezing point later this week.  The threat of precipitation will remain out of our area until Sunday, when a disturbance will move in, bringing snow and rain for the beginning of next week.

Have a great day.
