High pressure is still situated over the western U.S., so our weather is going to stay clear and dry for a bit longer. The high pressure will break down by Thursday, so unstable weather will follow for the holiday weekend. Friday, the snow will begin to move into lower elevations, but Saturday will be the snowiest, coldest day this weekend. Sunday there could still be some snow hanging on, but it will be much lighter, if at all. Monday will start out sunny again for the long week back after the holiday weekend.
Have a great day.
