Our air quality has improved drastically for most of the state from just 3 days ago, but an AIR QUALITY ALERT still remains valid for Northwest Montana.

The last few days have been gloomy here, and today the overcast conditions will continue.   Showers and storms will begin Wednesday afternoon in Southwest Montana, remaining through the evening.  Helena will likely get some isolated showers and thunderstorms, but Great Falls will not.  Temperatures will warm Wednesday and Thursday, but begin to cool again on Friday as another front comes through.  Saturday will be dry, but Sunday will begin another wet and stormy pattern for the first week of school.

Have a great day.
