HELENA — Helena Public Schools has announced the summer meal program has been extended for one week.
The program had been set to expire on August 14th. It will now run through Friday the 21st.
Robert Worthy, the General Manager of Sodexo School Services told MTN that the program is still going strong, writing "just last week we provided 11,700 meals to local families."
Helena Public Schools Food Services Department provides grab and go lunch and breakfast three days a week at 11 different locations.
Each pick-up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday provides at least two days worth of breakfast and lunch.

- CVS (603 N Montana) 11:45am – 1:00pm
- Bryant: 11:45am – 1:00pm
- Warren 11:45am – 1:00pm
- Rossiter 12:00pm – 1:00pm
- Broadwater: 1:15pm – 2:00pm
- Central: 1:15pm – 2:00pm
- Smith 1:30pm – 2:00pm
- Skelton 1:30pm – 2:00pm
