HELENA — The Montana Department of Commerce announced Friday that the customer service window at Montana Housing will be temporarily closed to public visitors starting Monday, March 23, to protect against the spread of the novel coronavirus or COVID-19.
“We are dedicated to keeping people safe and will continue to communicate and work with our partners, customers and other state agencies to make sure we can keep Montana communities moving forward together," said Montana Housing Administrator Bruce Brensdal.
If Montana Housing customers need to make a mortgage payment, they can do so by phone or by mail.
Phone payment fees will be waived through the month of April.
