Montana clothing company All Season All Terrain (ASAT) Outdoors is suing New York-based fashion company Supreme for copyright infringement after Supreme sold clothing printed with a copyrighted camouflage design, according to court documents.

Stevensville based ASAT Outdoors filed the suit on Nov. 11 in New York District Court.

The Montana company claims to have owned the copyright on a camouflage design since it was created in 1985.

According to court documents, Supreme "copied the design and created derivative works of the design and placed it on their apparel such as hats, pants and jackets to sell on their website and in stores."
