As part of National News Literacy Week, Q2 partnered with students from Billings Central and Billings Senior high schools to help them learn more about the news business.

The students picked a story subject, first responders and mental health. They then interviewed subjects and worked with our reporters and producers to put together a story for broadcast.

Check out what they put together below. And check back at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on KTVQ and at ktvq.com for a story about the students work behind the scenes.
