If you are looking for an addition to the family that is more precious than diamonds or gold, then Ruby is your girl.
A two-and-a-half year old "wonder mutt" Ruby loves kids and adults of all ages, and is just as happy playing with her toys in the backyard as she is spending time with her people.
Heads-up, she loves to snuggle.
And if that didn't make you want to adopt Ruby - the Humane Society has a little extra incentive for this particular pup.
Program coordinator Rebecca Howard said, "She has a sponsored adoption fee and there's a number of dogs down here right now that actually do have a sponsored adoption fee. And it's a great way to honor your own pets or a family member, you can sponsor an animal's adoption down here and give them a gift of a home."
