Family and friends were invited to the Last Chance Raceway in Helena on Saturday for their "End of Summer Open Ride Day."
The event attracted dozens of eager riders for their last open ride day for the season.
Riders of all ages were given the opportunity to practice before the big 32-1 Pre-Mix Classic Motocross Race.
The Race will be on September 13,14, and 15th at Last Chance Raceway.
Hundreds of fans and family will be ‘scrubbing in' from all over the world; from Canada down to Kansas, the event will be a part of Last Chance Raceway’s initiative to promote youth and affordability to the sport.
Langston Steffins, 14, is a freshman at Helena High School and practices every Wednesday and on weekends. Steffins has been racing for the last seven years and practices diligently four hours whenever possible.
Aside from the excitement of the big up-coming race, Steffins told MTN, “What makes today so special is it’s the last time people can join the track and learn the lines, like what's fast and what isn't on the track...so try and giving them advantage at the race.”
Last Chance Raceway will also provide free camping for those traveling to see the big show.
