HELENA — It’s tax season! But, are Montanans ready?
Daybreak sat down with Nicole Christensen, who is a Certified Public Accountant for Christensen CPA in Helena. She said people working with a tax professional need to come prepared when they have an appointment.
Christensen also adds that if a tax filing extension is requested that doesn't mean the taxpayer is off the hook for paying the fee’s on time. You should pay your estimated tax by the deadline and then work to file your tax return.
