HELENA — Daybreak sat down with Michael O'Connor, who is the member of Ancient Order of the Hibernians.
O'Connor said, residents in Helena can still put on their green attire for Saturday's St. Patrick's day parade. The event will be held downtown and will start at about noon.
On Tuesday there will be a ceremony at the State Capitol raising the Irish Tri-color.
