On Wednesday morning, Torgerson’s unloaded a trailer-full of festivity, loading up first-graders with free pumpkins.

Students lined up behind the trailer to get their own personal pumpkins.

Youngsters at Sacajawea Elementary School excitedly played with their pumpkins outside their classroom before rolling them back to class.

Torgerson’s dropped by other schools as well, including Riverview and Longfellow elementary schools.

Torgerson's is a Montana-based farm implement dealer that’s been passed down to four generations. Their family-oriented business approach can be seen in their community involvement through events like today’s.

The farm equipment dealer began their pumpkin deliveries more than a decade ago, and says that the tradition is one of the company’s “favorite giveaways to local youth.”
