GREAT FALLS – A man in Cascade County is facing several felony charges for three sexual assault cases.
Robert Dan French faces two felony counts of sexual intercourse without consent and one felony count of sexual assault.
Court documents state the first sexual offense was reported in August of 2018 involving a 4-year-old child. Two adults reported the alleged abuse to authorities after the child told them French had put his penis in her mouth.
The second alleged offense was reported in September of 2018 after the victim told a woman French had “put his hands down her pants” while she stayed at his residence, according to court documents.
The third report of sexual abuse was also in September of 2018. The victim described events that occurred several years ago in which French is accused of touching her genital area.
French’s bail was set at $50,000 during his initial court appearance Wednesday.
