MISSOULA – Samuel Preisler of Clinton is behind bars and facing felony charges for the sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl.
According to court documents, the incident occurred in September when 49-year-old Preisler was giving the girl, referred as Jane Doe in court documents, a driving lesson.
While giving the lesson, Doe says Preisler grabbed her breasts, over and under her clothes, and touched her inappropriately in other area of the girl’s body.
The affidavit says that Priesler told Doe that no one would believe her if she told anyone because a previously reported incident was closed by Child Protective Services.
Doe told CPS and police that Preisler then touched her inappropriately in a second incident that had happened in the same month.
Since September court documents say that Preisler has received treatment for sex and porn addiction.
Bond for Preisler was set at $200,000.
