HELENA – A 39 year-old Helena man is accused of raping a girl under the age of 14.
Bryan Anthony Ellis appeared in Lewis and Clark Justice Court Monday on a felony charge of sexual intercourse without consent, and a misdemeanor charge of sexual assault.
According to court documents, the girl told a forensic investigator that she went into Ellis’ trailer after he agreed to give her a cigarette.
The girl says once inside the trailer, Ellis took off her clothes and raped her.
She told the interviewer that she had told Ellis to stop, but he did not.
Ellis’ bond was set at $100,000.
