Jadon Jennings faces one felony count of sexual intercourse without consent for an incident that occurred in August of 2018.

Court documents state a 15-year-old girl was with Jennings and two other men in a parking area near the Missouri River on Lower River Road.

The girl believed the men knew her age because she texted one of the males that she was only 15 earlier in the evening, according to court documents.

Court documents state that while parked by the river, the men gave the girl alcohol and she estimated she drank about 14-15 alcoholic beverages and was feeling sick.

Jennings later helped the girl from a vehicle as she was too impaired to walk on her own, and carried her down a hill to some gravel near the river where he sexually assaulted her, according to court documents.

The girl reported she was very intoxicated and did not want to have sex with Jennings. He then drove the girl to a friend’s house.

Court documents state police interviewed Jennings and he “admitted to having sex with [the girl] and stated he knew her age.”

Prosecutors requested Jennings’ bond be set at $30,000.
