MISSOULA – So here’s the buzz!
Millions of flying insects will “bee” delivered to Fort Missoula on Friday as part of the annual delivery of bees to local beekeepers from Western Bee Supplies in Polson.
There will be 168 packages which each carry around 15,000 bees which means a total of 2.5 million bees and 168 honey bee queens.
The goal is to help repopulate lost hives and help beginning beekeepers get started.
