SHELBY – Several law enforcement agencies, including the Great Falls Police Department’s High Risk Unit, are on the scene of an incident in Shelby.
MTN News was first alerted to the incident around 11 a.m.
Officers have sections of numerous streets blocked off in the area around Marias Medical Center including Galena Street. The public is advised to avoid the area at this time.
The Toole County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) declined to release any information.
The responding agencies include the Toole County Sheriff’s Office, the Great Falls Police Department’s High-Risk Unit (HRU), Toole County Search and Rescue, FBI, and the Montana Highway Patrol among others.
