It’s not every day you see a beaver dragging a tree branch across the road, but that’s exactly what a Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputy witnessed.
Deputy Kirk Kraft captured the beaver’s trek across Highway 2 south of Libby last fall.
“I’ve been commuting that route as a deputy for 30 years, and this was definitely a first for me,” Kraft said.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office shared the video with the public Monday.
