Montana Highway Patrol starts social media campaign to support injured trooper

As Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Wade Palmer fights for his life in a Utah hospital, his fellow troopers are asking people to show support through a new social media campaign.

Here’s how it works: Share a photo of yourself on twitter wearing green and use the hashtag “#backthebluewearthegreen” or “#weargreenforwade”.

The patrol says that when you post a picture, include a caption saying where you’re from.
