Helena lands #27 spot on “Top 100 Best Places to Live” survey

HELENA – Helena landed a spot in aTop 100 Best Places to Livesurvey on a website called Livability.

The editors and data scientists examined more than 1,000 cities based on thousands of data points such as economics, housing, amenities, demographics, and social and educational aspects.

They surveyed 1,000 millennials across the country and determined the thing that matters most when choosing where to live: affordability.

The Queen City claimed the #27 spot.

According to Livability, the local obsession is hot water. Helena has over 60 natural hot springs and approximately 15 commercial locations.

Two other Montana cities made the list with Billings at #24 and Great Falls hitting #97.
