Missing and Endangered Person Advisory canceled, Helena boy found safe

UPDATE 9.45 P.M.: The Missing Endangered Person Advisory for Alexander Morsette has been canceled. Authorities say Morsette has been found and is safe.


(HELENA) The Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing and Endangered Person Advisory for a two-year-old Helena boy.

Authorities say Alexander Morsette was taken by his mother, 18-year-old Rosemary Hemry. The advisory says Hemry is known to use drugs, and possibly abused the child.

Alexander was last seen Feb. 14. He is 2 feet tall and 32 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes.

Hemry is 5-foot-1 and 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

They may be in a blue 1989 Chevrolet pickup with Montana license plate AYM231. There is no known direction of travel.
