BILLINGS – As culinary director for the Billings Career Center, Chef Bill Jensen is used to showing students the best way to cook a tasty meal.

But after surviving a heart attack scare, Jensen has a new approach to his curriculum – heart-healthy foods.

February is Heart Month, so MTN’s Rob Griggs sat down with Jensen to learn about his new lifestyle and new menu.
