GREAT FALLS – Five Cascade County detention officers were promoted Monday afternoon.
Officers Zachary Semenza and Christopher Willmarth were promoted to sergeant effective January 13.
Officers Tracy Moore and Andre Lugo were promoted to a corporal rank effective January 13. Robert Ruiz was promoted to corporal with an effective date of June 16.
Promotion testing was done in accordance with the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office.
Cascade County Sheriff Jesse Slaughter said a second ceremony will be held January 25 to ensure all detention officers are recognized without disrupting jail operations.
