BILLINGS – The experts who know the details in planning weddings came together to show everything needed to plan for the big event.
Connoisseur Media touts its 25th annual Billings Wedding Fair as the largest and oldest in a four-state area.
The fair, at the Red Lion Convention Center on Sunday, was free to those attending and featured more than 50 companies.
It’s an opportunity to find wedding companies and compare them in one place, instead of having to drive to each one.
“When you’re looking for a photographer, when you’re looking for entertainment, a venue to hold a wedding, your reception, when it’s all right here, it’s easy,” said Jack Seymour, Connoisseur Media Operations Manager.
The fair finishes with the wedding fashion show.
“Brides probably have and idea what they want to see, but when they can see it on someone walking up and down the runway, it gives them an even better idea,” Seymour said.
“We get to see families coming through and celebrating the growth of that family with a wedding,” he said. “So it’s great for us.”
Seymour said some of the businesses end up booking everything for the year and for one vendor, even past 2019.
