Decaccia charged with burglarizing Great Falls restaurant

GREAT FALLS – Jared William Decaccia, the second suspect in a break-in and burglary at Jakers restaurant on Christmas, has been arrested.

Decaccia was seen running away from the crime scene across 11th Avenue South and was not immediately located.

Court documents state that at the time of the burglary, Decaccia was on probation for two convictions in Lewis & Clark County for fraudulently obtaining prescription drugs. He also was recently charged with felony theft in an unrelated incident.

Decaccia has been charged with burglary, criminal mischief, attempted theft, obstructing a peace officer, and possession of burglary tools.
