The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office shared on Facebook some pictures of a deer that got tangled in a soccer net.
They wrote: “Special thanks to Whitefish Police Department and our own Animal Wardens for “the assist” to Smith Park on Hwy 40 this morning. We received a call of a Buck that was stuck in a soccer net that got wrapped around a power pole. This guy is loose now but does still have some net on its [antlers]. Neither party was injured during the release – WIN!!”
