GREAT FALLS – Preschoolers with Great Falls Public Schools celebrated the holiday season Tuesday with songs, stories, and Santa.

Students from 3-to-5 years old enjoyed the annual Christmas party at the Skyline Early Learning Family Center.

The annual event is organized with the Kiwanis Club, High School Key Clubs, and music by Great Falls middle school students.

Middle school orchestra students played classic holiday tunes and even put music to a reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas.”

Preschool students also took turns talking with Santa and getting a small gift.

Kiwanis Club members said they look forward to this day every year.

“To see the smiles on the kids’ faces as they’re sitting on Santa’s lap and receiving the gifts, that makes it all special or the Kiwanis members that are here,” said club member Tom Horton.

Horton added that Kiwanis Club has helped with the children’s Christmas party for 57 years.
