CDC investigating new outbreak of E. Coli linked to Romaine Lettuce

NBC News-The Centers for Disease Control are warning consumer to avoid eating Romaine Lettuce and throw away any that might be in the refrigerator.

The CDC is investigating another outbreak of E-Coli that may be related to the lettuce.

No deaths are associated with this outbreak, but 32 people in 11 states have been sickened. Thirteen people have been hospitalized. So far no one in Montana has been impacted

Officials say the warning covers all types of Romaine, from whole head and hearts to prepackaged salad mix.

After the lettuce has been removed from the fridge, shelves and drawers should be washed.
