BILLINGS – Friday night’s Rod Stewart concert at MetraPark in Billings is still a go, despite reports of an injury to the singer that some feared could lead to a cancellation.
Stewart suffered a foot fracture playing football with his kids, which caused him to cancel a show scheduled for Wednesday night in Boise, Idaho.
“He decided to take some extra time off to allow him to be in the best possible physical condition to play his first date ever in Montana Friday night,” said Bill Dutcher, MetraPark general manager.
Stewart had to postpone an April show Billings, due to an illness.
The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Tickets are still available.
