BOZEMAN – Montana State University set an enrollment record this fall at 16,902 students.
This is the most students the university has ever had in its 125 years. The university also set a retention rate record, and its four-to-six-year graduation rate has also gone up, school officials said Tuesday.
“We credit most of our success to our faculty and staff. They are out there working every single day to make sure students are finding the help they need, the classes they need and that they are provided with as much opportunity and access to higher education as possible,” said MSU News Service Director Michael Becker.
MSU has enjoyed seeing moderate growth at the university over the years.
