HELENA — Covid-19 has changed the way many of us go about our daily routines. It has also changed how we celebrate, because of social distancing guidelines.
The Jewish community celebrates Passover once a year. This year, they've made adjustments to the eight day celebration, starting with the Seder or ceremonial dinner.
Many Jewish communities have moved Seders online, and are holding virtual Seders.
Helena Jewish community leader Janet Tatz says the meal, and this time, are especially important for children.
She added, "Through the ages the Jewish people have had to make adjustments for holiday celebrations for whatever the situation was."
