A WIND CHILL WARNING continues for northeast Montana until noon.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY continues for most of the Hi-Line until noon.

A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Choteau do to an ice jam until Friday afternoon.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued for portions of central and southwest Montana until Friday afternoon.

Dangerously cold temperatures will continue through the mornings hours. The Treasure State will wake up to temperatures that are well below zero, but warmer air will pour in, and slightly warm-up portions of the state up. The arctic air will remain trapped along the Hi-Line and in northeastern Montana. The high temperatures along the Hi-Line will only reach the single digits. Thankfully, the temperatures slightly warm-up, but the wind will increase and can potentially cause blowing and drifting snow. Tonight going into tomorrow morning, a weak disturbance is still on track bringing light snow showers to western and central Montana. Tomorrow afternoon a light coating of snow, up to 2" is possible in the lower elevations, with the mountains picking up 6" at best. In the next few days and going into the next week, the temperatures will continue to climb except for our friends along the Hi-Line.

Enjoy your day,

Asia Raye😊
