Fast Change From Summer To Fall

Posted
and last updated

After a late summer sizzle from the weekend and Monday, temperatures took a nose dive on Tuesday and it felt much more like fall. Technically the beginning of autumn is this coming Monday, but there will be some nice late summer weather. Wednesday will be a pleasant day with a decent amount of sunshine with highs in the low to mid 70s. Late in the day near and just off of the Rocky Mountain Front there will be a few showers and isolated thunderstorms. Thursday will be a wetter day with more cloud cover. Scattered showers or a couple hours of rain will move through and highs will be held down in the 50s and 60s. Friday will be a mostly cloudy, showery and blustery day as a slow moving storm continues to move through the state. Highs will be in the 50s and 60s. Snow levels may come down below 8000' at times Thursday into Friday. That storm will slowly move away on Saturday. The last weekend of summer will be nice with partly cloudy skies and mild highs in the 70s. Not a bad way to end summer! Monday the first day of autumn will have the chance of some showers and cooler weather.
Have a great day!
