Dynamic Doggie Duo Looking For Homes

Posted

HELENA – Moose and Jessie are a pair of hound dogs with a whole lot of heart.

The brother-sister duo are just about a year old, and warm up to new people quickly. They get along great with dogs, but cats- not so much.  Staff say that, because they are siblings, it would be nice for them to go into a home together, but that’s not a requirement.

And because they’re still young, they are still learning about the world around them. Their favorite thing to do is explore.

Dog Program Coordinator Rebecca Howard noted, “They’re super sweet, they love to investigate everything in the world, they’re just nose to the ground checking everything out. Everything is a new experience for them.”

If you’d like to meet these two, you can visit them at the Lewis and Clark Humane Society. They are open to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12-6, and Thursdays and Saturdays from 12-4:30.
