HELENA- Her name is Rebel, but don’t let that fool you- this pup is very well-behaved. Relaxed and quiet , Rebel would rather hang out with you on the couch than anything else.
Recently though, Rebel has had it rough. Her previous owners were no longer able to keep her, but they still wanted her to live a happy, comfortable life. Now Rebel is looking for another quiet home to adopt her.
While she is doing okay living the shelter life, staff say that they still hope to get rebel back into a home as soon as possible.
Dog Program Coordinator Rebecca Howard remarked, “She’s a very outgoing girl, she loves to meet new people, that’s one of her favorite things. She loves to load up in the car and go for car rides. She’s gonna be a fantastic adventure dog for anyone.”
You can meet Rebel at the Lewis and Clark Humane Society.
They are open Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-6, and Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 12-5.
