HELENA — It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the Civic Center in downtown Helena, as the start of the 32nd Annual Intermountain Festival of Trees kicked off on Wednesday.

This year the theme is “Hope and Healing”.

Every year Intermountain hosts this iconic event and every dollar raised goes towards helping kids in need.

Intermountain provides a wide range of services including therapeutic education, psychological treatment and intensive day treatment.

This year's Festival of Trees began with "Tea in the Trees."

Festival events will run from Wednesday until Sunday.

Janna Williams, Director of Communication at Intermountain, says there's a couple things that are different this year, including sharing proceeds with the Friendship Center.

Williams added, "Kenny G is coming to Helena for the Miracle Holiday and Hits tour and we have that going on before our Jingle Bell Jam that's going to be on December 7th, and part of the proceeds from that actually come to Intermountain. Another amazing thing that's happening this year at Festival of Trees is we are sharing the hope with the Friendship center which we are very happy to do. "
