Happy June! Besides a few showers on the first evening of June, the weather over the next several days should be great. Tuesday will be a lovely spring day with highs in the 70s under mostly sunny skies. Wednesday will be similar but the wind will intensify. So while it will be warm with mostly sunny skies, gusts could top 40mph. Thursday the wind will ease up with warm temperatures in the 70s. The first Friday of June will be warmer with highs reaching the 70s and 80s but scattered thunderstorms will move through in the afternoon and evening. The first weekend of June will not be as nice as the last weekend of May. Saturday may start out partly cloudy and warm for the morning but clouds, showers and thunderstorms will increase across the state through the day. Stormy weather will continue on Sunday with clouds, showers, thunderstorms, wind and much cooler temperatures. Mountain snow is likely above 6500' on Sunday. The cool, showery weather will continue Monday and Tuesday as well. Mountain snow showers will continue as well.
