HELENA – The Carroll College anthrozoology undergraduate program will be seeing significant changes in the 2018-19 school year.

This change is part of a larger plan to eventually require paid parking across more of downtown Helena. The city’s Downtown Master Plan called for fees to be added on “prime” parking spaces, close to downtown businesses.
Starting in July 2017, the Montana Department of Revenue started administering a quarterly 4 percent tax on medical marijuana providers. The initial revenue indicates the industry generated about $45 million in annual sales.
